Sri Lanka, Jan. 7 -- Chief Government Whip, Mass Media and Health Minister Dr. Nalinda Jayatissa said in Parliament yesterday (06), that the salary anomalies faced by the staff of the 1990 Suwa Seriya ambulance service has been resolved and their salaries have been increased after discussions held with the Finance Ministry last year.

The Minister said that the 1990 Suwa Seriya ambulance service operations are fully functioning, using digital technology as a new methodology introduced to monitor and improve the speed of emergency response for the public during distress calls made to 1990.
