Sri Lanka, Oct. 6 -- Royal College Colombo produced a commanding performance to win the prestigious Senior Four Boat Race and claim the TN Fernando Memorial Trophy by 36-16 over S. Thomas' College Mount Lavinia at the 54th Royal-Thomian Rowing Championship, sponsored by Pinwatta Gems, held at the Colombo Rowing Club on Beira Lake yesterday.

The highlight of the day, the Boat Race Trophy, saw Royal College matching the record with a timing of 2 minutes 55 seconds, powered by Saaj Ajmal, Niduk Vimukthi, Udep Liyanage, Thevinu Weligapolage, and Rahil Abeyratne (cox).
