Srilanka, Nov. 29 -- The Disaster Management Centre (DMC) has issued a warning that the Ambatale flood control barrier is at risk of overflowing as water levels in the Kelani River continue to rise.Authorities have urged residents living along the embankment, the Malabe-Kaduwela main road, and other nearby low-lying areas to evacuate immediately to safer locations.
