Sri Lanka, Nov. 6 -- Central Bank Governor Dr.Nandalal Weerasinghe stated that he is ready at any time to unhesitatingly answer any questions from Members of Parliament regarding the economy.

The Governor pointed out that if answers to questions raised by MPs are being delayed, his representatives could come to Parliament to provide the answers directly. Dr. Weerasinghe made these remarks in response to a query about an issue that arose when Central Bank officials were summoned to the Committee on Public Finance (COPF).
