Sri Lanka, March 22 -- Many investors are ready to provide information on those who have taken bribes from them in the past, Industries and Entrepreneurship Development Minister Sunil Handunnetti told Parliament.
The Minister told Parliament yesterday that a Presidential Commission should be appointed to find out about former ministers and politicians who have taken bribes from investors in the past and that he requested the President to issue such a directive in this regard.
He made this statement while addressing the Committee Stage Budget debate on the expenditure heads of the Finance, Planning and Economic Development Ministry held in Parliament yesterday.
