Srilanka, May 28 -- Polish Foreign Minister Radoslaw Sikorski arrived at Bandaranaike International Airport this morning for a three-day official visit to Sri Lanka. He was received by Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Arun Hemachandra.
During the visit, Minister Sikorski-who also represents Poland's Presidency of the Council of the European Union-is scheduled to hold official discussions with Sri Lanka's Minister of Foreign Affairs, Foreign Employment, and Tourism, Vijitha Herath.
The visit aims to deepen diplomatic relations and explore expanded cooperation between Sri Lanka and the European Union.
