Sri Lanka, Dec. 30 -- The People's Excellency Awards 2025, organized by Iconic Award, a recognized private institution renowned for its standardized evaluation framework in Sri Lanka, was held in a grand ceremony on Monday (29) at the Waters Edge Hotel, Battaramulla.

The event honored outstanding public and private sector institutions for their exceptional contributions during the year.

At the prestigious ceremony, the Police Media Division was conferred with the Best Public Communication Award, in recognition of its excellence in maintaining transparent, timely, and effective communication with the public in all three languages and 24 hour updates.
