Sri Lanka, Sept. 13 -- Opener Pulindu Perera continued his superb form with an unbeaten 110 as Nugegoda SC reached 186 for 2 at stumps, replying strongly to SSC's first-innings total of 127 in their Under-23 Inter Club Two-Day quarterfinal played at the P. Sara Oval Stadium yesterday.
SSC opener Shevon Daniel top-scored with a brisk 54 off 60 balls, including eight fours, but lacked support as the team collapsed to 127 all out in just 29.2 overs. Abdul Hakam was the chief destroyer with 6 for 65, well supported by Nirmala Ratnayake, who claimed 3 for 14.
