Sri Lanka, May 12 -- First of all, all ordinary Sri Lankan people expect all members elected from all political parties to serve them, and they expect equal treatment from them. The people do not expect them to serve some and ignore others. The ordinary people of Sri Lanka want them to serve everyone equally, without any type of discrimination. Those newly elected members are members of the people, and not the members of the voters of the political party they contested under. Now is the time for all members to put their political parties aside and serve all the people-those who voted for them and those who did not.
