Sri Lanka, Oct. 6 -- India women went on to score 247 all out after invited to bat first in their women's World Cup cricket match against Pakistan women played at R.Premadasa International Cricket Stadium yesterday.

The game was started on time at 3pm but was halted mid way due to bugs causing mischief and was stopped for a 10 minutes (after 34th over) and finally Pakistan restricted India to under 250 and their fast bowler Diana Baig was leading the way taking 4 for 69 well supported by skipper Fathima Sana 2 for 28 and leg spinner Sadia Iqbal 2 for 47.
