Srilanka, Feb. 13 -- The Organisation of Professional Associations of Sri Lanka (OPA) submitted a special report containing recommendations and proposals for the National Budget to Treasury Secretary Mahinda Siriwardana.
The document was presented by OPA President Sujeewa Lal Dahanayake, General Secretary Tisara de Silva and Vice President and Chairman of the National Issues Committee Bhanu Wijayaratne. The OPA is the Apex Body of 51 professional associations, representing 34 professions and consisting of over 60,000 members.
