Sri Lanka, Oct. 31 -- The National Transport Commission (NTC) has decided to regulate three-wheeler, school transport and other hired vehicle services, NTC Chairman P. A. Chandrapala announced yesterday (30).
Speaking at a media briefing held at the Government Information Department he said the first phase of the programme will involve data collection related to these transport services, beginning November 1.
The initiative, launched by the NTC, aims to regulate three-wheeler operations, school and office transport services, hired vehicles and special tour services.
