National People's Power (NPP) MP Nilanthi Kottahachchi has denied being the individual featured in a photo circulating on social media alongside former President Mahinda Rajapaksa.

She clarified that she did not attend the wedding ceremony mentioned on Rajapaksa's official page and was not invited to the event.

The MP also warned that legal action would be pursued if the photo has been edited or manipulated in any manner.
