Srilanka, July 23 -- Central Bank Governor Dr. Nandalal Weerasinghe confirmed today (23) that neither the government nor the Central Bank has taken any decision to restrict vehicle imports.Speaking at a press conference held at the Central Bank to announce the latest Monetary Policy Statement, Dr. Weerasinghe addressed speculation in recent media reports suggesting that authorities were considering re-imposing import restrictions.
