Sri Lanka, June 24 -- Sri Lanka has passed over three incubation periods of COVID-19 without reporting a single patient from open society since the last patient was reported on April 30, Public Health Deputy Director General Dr. Pabha Palihawadana said.

She said state and private institutions are functioning up to around 75 percent now and gradually reaching full capacity."
