Srilanka, March 27 -- The police have noted an increase in the number of foreigners driving three-wheelers in Sri Lanka. However, this trend has led to a rise in fatal and serious accidents involving three-wheelers driven by tourists.

It has been revealed that many foreigners lack proper licenses and training to drive three-wheelers in Sri Lanka.

To address this issue, the police have announced that if a foreigner is caught driving a three-wheeler without a valid license, they will summon the vehicle's owner, record a statement, and file a case against them in court.
