Sri Lanka, Nov. 11 -- A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed yesterday (10) between the Ministry of Health and Mass Media and the Rotary Club of Colombo West to launch a project that will facilitate life-saving heart surgeries for 50 Sri Lankan children suffering from congenital heart disease at Amrita Hospital in Kochi, India.

The MoU was signed by the Secretary to the Ministry of Health and Mass Media, Specialist Dr. Anil Jasinghe, and the President of the Rotary Club of Colombo West, K.P. Nagaraja.
