Sri Lanka, July 31 -- Appointment to the Sri Lanka National Commission for the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organisation (UNESCO) was held at the Education Ministry, Isurupaya, Battaramulla, with the participation of the Prime Minister on Tuesday (29).
Education, Higher Education and Vocational Education Minister, Prime Minister Dr. Harini Amarasuriya was appointed as Sri Lanka National Commission for UNESCO's Chairperson while Education Ministry Secretary Nalaka Kaluwawa was appointed as the Vice Chairperson.
