Sri Lanka, Nov. 10 -- The sixth capacity-building programme under the aegis of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the National Centre for Good Governance of India (NCGG) and the Sri Lanka Institute of Development Administration (SLIDA) was conducted from October 27 to November 7. The MoU was signed in December 2024 during the State Visit to India of President Anura Kumara Dissanayake, and provides for capacity building of 1,500 Sri Lankan civil service officers over a period of five years.
