Sri Lanka, July 30 -- "Sri Lanka has set an export target of USD 18 billion for 2025 including 14 billion from goods and four billion from services. The country will emphasize on apparel, ICT, gems, boat manufacturing with support from reforms, FDIs and a digital economy initiative. We have achieved USD seven billion in the first five months of this year.
We have over 600 exporters on board and this time around we attract potential exporters with a segment of innovative women-led exporters to join the bandwagon and get their brands recognized,"said the National Chamber of Exporters (NCE) President, Kaushal Rajapaksa at the NCE Export Awards 2025- Application launch.
