Rajapaksa said Minister Lalkantha had recently insulted the Chief Incumbent of the Mihintale Rajamaha Viharaya and had referred to Venerable Walawahangunawewe Dhammarathana Thera in derogatory terms, which he strongly condemned as an insult on a senior Buddhist monk.
