Sri Lanka, Oct. 23 -- Public Security Minister Ananda Wijepala has reported receiving promising leads in the investigation into the murder of Weligama Pradeshiya Sabha Chairman Lasantha Wickramasekera. The Minister made the announcement during a parliamentary session today (23).
Minister Wijepala stated that he has obtained permission to arrest the suspects within the next two to three days. He confirmed that four police teams have been deployed to apprehend all individuals involved.
