Sri Lanka, Jan. 2 -- Health and Mass Media Minister Dr.Nalinda Jayatissa yesterday said the Government has always believed in public service and that the country has been able to make many achievements due to the involvement and dedication of public servants.

The Minister was speaking at a ceremony to mark the beginning of work for 2026 at the Ministry premises. At this event, Health and Mass Media Ministry staff also took their public service pledges for the new Year. Heads of Departments and institutions under the Ministry also participated.
