Sri Lanka, Aug. 30 -- Environment Minister Dr. Dammika Patabendi is participating in the Sixth Asia-Pacific Forum of Ministers and Environment Authorities, being held in Nadi, Fiji. This important regional platform, convened by the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP), brings together ministers and officials from across the Asia-Pacific region to deliberate on collective environmental priorities and actions. These contributions are designed to support consensus-building among Asia-Pacific countries in preparation for the upcoming United Nations Environment Assembly (UNEA-7), which will be held in Nairobi from December 8 to 12.
