Sri Lanka, Sept. 4 -- Openers Pathum Nissanka (55) and Kusal Mendis (38) stitched a superb 96-run partnership before a blistering unbeaten 41 off 16 balls from Kamindu Mendis guided Sri Lanka to a four-wicket win with five balls to spare against Zimbabwe in their first T20 game at Harare Sports Club yesterday.

Chasing a target of 176, Sri Lanka's openers raced to 65 in the powerplay and maintained the momentum to reach 96 without loss after 10 overs.
