Srilanka, June 25 -- Actor Megha Sooriyaarachchi and actress Dinakshie Priyasad were adjudged the most popular actor and actress at the 36th edition of the Calin Sarasaviya Film Awards 2025 held with pomp and pageantry at the BMICH yesterday evening under the patronage of Ministers Dr Nalinda Jayathissa, Dr.Sunil Senevi and Harshana Nanayakkara.

They received their awards from Dinamina Editor Pradeep Dassanayake and Calin Brand Manager Anushi Jayasekera. National Film Corporation Chairman Sudath Mahadivulwewa, Lake House Finance Director Channa Kevitiyagala, Colombo Mayoress Vraie Cally Balthazaar, Lake House Chairman Gamini Warushamana and members of senior management of the company were present.
