Srilanka, April 2 -- Media and Health Minister Dr.Nalinda Jayatissa said arrangements are being made to dispatch a medical team along with medicine and medical equipment to assist the medical needs of the those who were injured due to the earthquake in Myanmar.
He said that this medical team comprises specialists, doctors, trained nurses and other health staffers.
"We have been informed to keep a medical team ready for the assistance of people affected by the earthquake by the Myanmar government and this medical team will be dispatched as required," he said.
