Sri Lanka, Sept. 4 -- The government has made plans for the distribution of sugar including launching the 1 kilo pack, selling it to State institutions and also exporting sugar. In addition the government has allocated 500 hectares to develop the tourism industry in the area and received Cabinet approval for it, Sunil Handunnetti, Minister of Industries and Entrepreneurship Development told media yesterday at a press conference summoned at the Ministry.
