Sri Lanka, Sept. 17 -- St. Thomas' College Matale clinched the boys' gold medal, while Janadhipathi BV Nawala lifted the girls' gold medal at the All-Island School Games Hockey Championships, organised by the Ministry of Education in Colombo.

In the boys' category, Vidyartha College Kandy secured the silver medal and Trinity College Kandy won bronze, making it a clean sweep of medals for Kandy schools. For the girls, Holy Family Convent Wennappuwa took silver, while Museaus College Colombo settled for bronze.
