Sri Lanka, Nov. 7 -- Deputy Minister of Mass Media Dr. Kaushalya Ariyarathne visited the Associated Newspapers of Ceylon Limited (Lake House) yesterday (06) after assuming duties in her new post.

During the visit, the Deputy Minister launched the newly revamped Daily News website and toured several divisions of the institution, including the printing sections, archives, and library.

She also inspected the operations at the press department, where Operations Director Chamara Janaraj Peiris briefed her on the printing process and ongoing developments.
