Sri Lanka, May 10 -- An injunction order which was issued against Sri Lanka Freedom Party (SLFP) Chairman, Former President Maithripala Sirisena preventing him from functioning as the Chairman of SLFP, was yesterday extended until May 29 by the Colombo District Court.

The respondents were also ordered to file objections over the case on that day by the Colombo District Court.

At a previous occasion, after considering a case filed by Former President Chandrika Kumaratunga, the censorship was issued by Colombo Chief District Judge Sandun Vithana.
