Sri Lanka, Feb. 13 -- The Department of Meteorology has issued a special weather bulletin warning that a low-pressure area is likely to form over the southeastern Bay of Bengal around 15th February.

The department has urged the public to stay attentive to upcoming forecasts and weather bulletins to remain informed about any potential developments.
