Sri Lanka, Feb. 23 -- Litro Gas Lanka has officially commenced the distribution of 300,000 domestic gas cylinders starting today (23rd), aiming to resolve the supply disruptions that have hit consumers across the island.

The recovery effort follows the arrival of a vessel carrying 3,900 metric tons of LP gas at the Colombo Port yesterday. Unloading began immediately to fast-track market replenishment. To stabilize the situation, the company has outlined the following roadmap:

Daily Supply: 100,000 cylinders will be released to the market daily starting today.

Upcoming Shipments: Two additional gas tankers are scheduled to dock on February 25th and 28th.
