Sri lanka, Oct. 2 -- The Excise Department has announced that all licensed liquor outlets across Sri Lanka will remain closed tomorrow (03) in observance of World Temperance Day.
Authorities have warned that strict legal action will be taken against any outlets that violate the relevant regulations.
