Sri Lanka, March 8 -- Peter Dooley Naval Institute in Germany has expressed their willingness to provide technical training to Sri Lankan seafarers.

The training manager of the German institution, Rainer Sterk, who met the Minister of Port and Shipping Nimal Siripala de Silva at the minister's office said that they are keen to assist the skill development of local aspiring seafarers.Stark said at present, the Peter Doehle Naval Institute provides its technical training to seafarers in many countries including the Philippines.
