Sri Lanka, Oct. 31 -- The High Commission of Sri Lanka in Singapore organised a vibrant event to celebrate Deepavali, the festival of lights, on Saturday (25) at Sri Senpaga Vinayagar Temple, a Sri Lankan heritage temple in Singapore dating back to 1850, which brought together over 150 members of the Sri Lankan expatriate community and friends of Sri Lanka.
The event commenced with blessings and religious observances conducted by Siva Saranya Kurukkal, which set a serene tone for the evening, reflecting the essence of Deepavali.
