Sri Lanka, Nov. 24 -- Supreme Court Judge Shiran Gooneratne was sworn-in as Acting Chief Justice before President Anura Kumara Dissanayake at the Presidential Secretariat on Saturday (22). Chief Justice Preethi Padman Surasena will be abroad till November 27.
