Srilanka, April 30 -- The Attorney General has informed the Supreme Court that Sri Lankan authorities were notified by the Government of Singapore that Jude Shramantha Jayamaha-convicted in the high-profile Royal Park murder case and later released through a presidential pardon- is not currently in Singapore.

State Counsel Sajith Bandara made the announcement during the hearing of a Fundamental Rights petition regarding efforts to locate and extradite Jayamaha, who was pardoned by former President Maithripala Sirisena after receiving a death sentence.
