Sri Lanka, Dec. 30 -- Johan Fefrnando, the son of former Minister Johnston Fernando, has been arrested by the Police Financial Crimes Division in connection with alleged financial irregularities.

Police stated that he was taken into custody for misusing a lorry and several other vehicles owned by Sathosa.

An investigation also revealed irregularities in the misuse of salaries and allowances, leading to his arrest.
