Sri Lanka, Sept. 8 -- A significant milestone in Sri Lanka's healthcare and environmental safety journey was marked at the official handover ceremony of an incinerator to Trincomalee District General Hospital on Friday (5).

Health and Mass Media Minister Dr. Nalinda Jayatissa, Eastern Province Governor Prof. Jayanthalal Ratnasekera, Foreign Affairs and Foreign Employment Deputy Minister Arun Hemachandra, Trincomalee District MP Roshan Akmeemana, Japan's Ambassador to Sri Lanka Isomata Akio, and Chief Representative of JICA Sri Lanka Office Kuronuma Kenji attended the event.
