The 31-member team, which arrived on December 3, delivered medical assistance to more than 1,250 patients during its deployment. Services were provided through a temporary field hospital established at the Chilaw Police Grounds, catering to residents of Chilaw and surrounding areas. The care included outpatient consultations, laboratory investigations, pharmacy services, radiology support, and other essential medical treatment.
