Srilanka, March 6 -- The Kingdom of Cambodia, in collaboration with the World Muslim League, recently hosted an international religious conference under the theme "Cultural Exchange for the Service of Humanity." in Phnom Penh on February 27. The event saw participation from Muslim and Buddhist religious leaders and scholars worldwide.

During the conference, Sri Lankan Maha Bodhi Society President and Chief Sanghanayaka of Japan, Most Venerable Banagala Upatissa Thera was honoured with Cambodia's highest State accolade by leading Cambodian Buddhist monks and senior government officials.
