Sri Lanka, March 1 -- Buddhasasana, Religious and Cultural Affairs Minister Vidura Wickramanayaka said that all necessary arrangements are made to hold the International Gita Mahotsav at Nelum Pokuna and Viharamahadevi premises in Colombo, Sri Lanka from today (01) onwards.

International Gita Mahotsav is conducted by the Kurukshetra Development Board (KDB) in Haryana State in India to pay tribute to the sacred 'Bhagavad Gita' along with the series of religious activities related to sacred Bhagavad Gita, which is considered to be the most sacred book of Hindu devotees.
