Sri Lanka, Feb. 15 -- An injunction order which was issued against former Sri Lanka Freedom Party (SLFP) General Secretary Dayasiri Jayasekara preventing him from being interrupted to the working SLFP Secretary was on Monday (12) ordered to extend until February 28 by the Colombo District Court.

The orders were issued by Colombo Chief District Court Judge Sandun Withana after considering a petition filed by former President and SLFP Leader Maithripala Sirisena and MP Sarathi Dushmantha Mithrapala against former SLFP Secretary Dayasiri Jayasekara, preventing him from being interrupted to the SLFP Secretary position.

Attorney Pulasthi Rupasinghe with Faizer Musthapa, PC appeared for the plaintiff.
