Srilanka, March 28 -- India has officially confirmed the visit of Prime Minister Narendra Modi to Sri Lanka from April 4 to 6, as announced by the Indian Ministry of External Affairs.
During his visit, Prime Minister Modi is set to engage in bilateral discussions with President Anura Kumara Dissanayake and Prime Minister Dr. Harini Amarasooriya, according to the Ministry's statement.
Prime Minister Modi will also pay a visit to the Jayagriha Maha Bodhi in Anuradhapura and inaugurate several development projects in Sri Lanka, funded by the Indian government.
Additionally, multiple MoUs between the two countries will be exchanged during the visit.
