Srilanka, Feb. 11 -- The Justice and National Integration Ministry has decided to establish an Independent Prosecutor's Office in line with the National People's Power (NPP) Government's policy statement 'A Thriving Nation, a Beautiful Life'.

Accordingly, as a preliminary step, it has been proposed that the Ministry appoints an expert committee which will be convened on several issues.
