Sri Lanka, July 5 -- Anuradhapura Divisional Health Services Deputy Director Dr. Dhammika De Silva said that anti-HIV programme in the Anuradhapura District has been successful.

He said that there are adequate laboratory facilities for conducting blood testing including an online system at present in addition to well-planned awareness sessions.

The Deputy Director made these revelations at the Anuradhapura AIDS prevention committee held at the North Central Provincial Health Services director's office recently.
