Sri Lanka, Sept. 19 -- The openers Hiran Jayasundara (78) and Sangeeth Cooray (57) were involved in a superb 142 partnership as Maliban Biscuits registered an easy 104 run win over BBK Partnership (DSL method) in their MCA Super Premier league cricket fixture plated at Thurstan grounds yesterday .

Maliban Biscuits scored 227 all out in 44.4 overs in their game which was reduced to 46 overs per side due to rain . BBK Partnership chasing a target of 234 in 46 overs were bundled out for 129 in 36.5 overs . The leg spinner Wanuja Sahan 3 for 22 was the destroyer of BBK Partnership while Sahan Arachchige, Dushan Hemantha and Milan Ratnayake shared two wickets each.
