Srilanka, Feb. 27 -- A disabled man was arrested this morning (27) for trafficking heroin concealed in his prosthetic leg, according to the Kahathuduwa Police. Officers seized 2580 milligrams of heroin hidden in the artificial limb.

The police had received a tip-off about the suspect from informants, identifying him as a resident of Munasinghegama, Homagama, who was suspected of drug trafficking. Following days of surveillance, officers confirmed that he was hiding heroin in the cavity of his prosthetic leg.
