Srilanka, April 19 -- Environmental scientists including experts in wild life and forest conservation have urged the Government to implement the recommendations of the National Action Plan submitted to the Government by the Special Presidential Committee appointed in December 2020 with renowned environmental scientist Dr. Prithiviraj Fernando in the chair.
